This case was exactly what i was looking for to protect my autographed 1:2 scaled Hakkinen mini helmet. The wood base is sturdy, stained and cleared for protection, and the casing glass is thick and strong. The helmet stand prop base was too wide for my helmet to fit over but it doesnt come installed so you dont have to use it. Will for sure purchase more as my mini helmet collection grows.

Came unassembled for easy shipping. Excellent direction card. Protective frosted film on each acrylic piece to protect (peel it off like the directions say!) All pieces precision cut to fit easily with acrylic rivets. Looks great with my helmet!! Protective, clear and sturdy!!

*Updated due to seller resolution * the seller contacted me regarding my issue and offered to replace the broken part to ensure customer satisfaction.The item itself is good, adhesive on one side is a bit difficult to remove but overall not bad. The stand the ball sits on came damaged, brand new out of the package. It’s cosmetic only as it still works but with it being brand new it’s a little disappointing. Overall it gets the job done.

I read some reviews of inconsistent wood grains on the base. I didn't have this issue, mine was very nice. Packaged well and everything fit well together. Base was square and "dome" fit nicely in it. I think this works well if you have several items to display in a row. Simple, clean and doesn't detract from the items displayed. It was easy to build a 2nd base which the item fit into very well.

I was looking for a display case for an autographed soccer ball. I looked at a lot of cases, both on Amazon and other places. I ended up choosing this for a few reasons. First is the clear acrylic with UV protection which provides a great view from every side while protecting a treasured keepsake. Secondly, I like the look of the wooden base, which was not a feature on most I found. The price was very reasonable and it shipped quickly. The case was packaged safely and all pieces of acrylic came with a protective sheet on both sides to prevent scratches. It was super easy to put together and the directions were well written and easy to follow. I am very happy with my purchase!!!
