Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the U.S., most U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada. We also ship worldwide!
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and ship-to location, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
International Shipping Policy for Canada Your package will be delivered by UPS Standard Shipping or USPS Priority International. Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery (1-2 business days for processing time). Please provide a valid phone number of the recipient and email address. We may contact you by phone or email after your order is placed to verify your name and address.
International Shipping Fees, Import Licenses, Duties, and Taxes:
The shipping cost will be automatically shown on the check-out page upon selecting the correct shipping method. It is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The shipping fee reflects the base shipping charge and does not include any customs duties and taxes.
If any, customers are solely responsible for additional customs clearance fees. JupDec.com, LLC. will not be held responsible or liable for these charges and cannot predict what the charges may be. As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are permitted to import our products from the United States, as some products may be illegal to import.
Travel Time:
To find out when you will get your merchandise, you need to consider the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping option you selected. Here's the equation we use:
(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, many items on our site show 1 day's availability. If you select Standard Shipping, your shipping time will be 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 2 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 3 to 8 days after you place your order.
