Our display cases are designed for easy assembly. Detailed instructions are included with each purchase, and we have attached the assembly video of the basketball and helmet display box for your careful review. No special tools are required.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us here to initiate a resend process. We will send you replacements for any parts you need right away for free!
Once you receive your replacement, at no additional cost to you, you can dispose of the damaged and/or defective pieces and enjoy your memories on display!
Cleaning your display case is easy and will help to keep your display in pristine condition. We recommend using a microfiber cloth and a blotting method to avoid scratches. You can also use a can of air to do this if you prefer. We don’t recommend using paper towels or other non-microfiber cloths on your display case.
When cleaning with a microfiber cloth, use a blotting method to prevent any scratches and successfully remove fingerprints and stains. Cleaning your case with liquid shouldn’t be necessary often, but if you do need to, avoid ammonia-based solutions and stick to warm soapy water or acrylic cleaner.
The acrylic box and the acrylic sheet of the frame are attached with a protective film to prevent damage and scratches during transportation. You should tear off the protective film before use, so that it will be very clear.
