You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

This shadowbox is not something I thought I would need, but sadly, my Golden died. I'm pretty sure this kit covers everything you need to remember your furry loved one. It did take me a minute to figure out how to open it, and I will take the blame for that!
If you would like to add physical photos, you can order them online and have them mailed to you. It's strange not having a stack of pictures to go through to find the best one. Most of our pictures are on our phones or digital cameras.
There is a small bottle included for a lock of your pet's hair. I found this touching because many others just have you pin it in your frame. Unfortunately, my dog's collar was too big to fit in the box, but I put his tags in.
I was impressed with the attention to detail with the included items. The premade templates help describe how you're feeling if you can't put it into words just yet. There is a mellow green colored and patterned foam board to pin memories or your photos. There's a cute ribbon to add, as well.
The paw print mix is easy to use. A circle "cookie" cutter is included. I would recommend rolling out the dough and getting your paw print first. Then, cut it out, use a bit of water to smooth things, add the date and name.
Personally, I think people should buy these kits before their pet passes. Make memories getting their lock of hair and amazing photos. Waiting until afterward, you are limited by the photos you have and receiving a paw print from the vet. Just my thought.…

This is a tough one for me. We lost our boy awhile ago and I have not been able to bring myself to put together a shadowbox for him before now.
This set is a complete and beautiful way to showcase your love for your beloved family member. I did not need the clay portion for the paw print as I was given one of my boy's foot by our vet after he passed and we'd torn ourselves away in hysterics. I also wasn't sure what the clear stick was for, but it had the stamping for the paw print, the clay and a ring to contain it, as well as a roller to flatten it out. It had a little bottle for hair or whatnot, a ribbon for the paw print, several options for around a photo, and little pins to hold items to the backboard.
If I had one "wish" (aside from getting my boy back) it would be to have a bit more depth to the shadowbox. Not that it isn't a normal depth, but I have a small stuffed animal toy that looks like him that I would like to put inside too but it would not quite fit without smooshing it. I will set it on top instead.
I would recommend this, and that it would also make a loving gift for someone in need.
