Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

This is very pretty and of good quality. It is sturdy, thick, not cheap plastic. The transfer sheet of vinyl is incredibly easy to use. This has an elegant look, the lights & mirrored bottom really adds to that. We'll be using this for a baby shower but we'll keep this in storage for all parties in the future.

I bought this for my granddaughter’s baby shower. It a very simple design. It comes with a protective cover on it so it won’t get scratched during delivery. It has a nice clear luster to it. While I’m waiting for the event I repurposed it and use it to hold my artificial flowers.

This is a nice case. Very sturdy, and can be put to use as a display case when not being used for cards. I thought this would be great to have for birthdays and anniversaries. It's good quality, took me a bit to figure out how to remove the protective coating because I didn't open the packet with the instructions in it first. Has a mirrored bottom and included a set of string lights. I was a bit careless applying the "cards" adhesive, you can avoid my mistake by firmly pressing down over the lettering and then pulling the adhesive off slowly. The opening and the case itself are perfect to accomodate just about any size card or quantity. I tested it with a 6x8 card no problem and a set of 20 sticker sheets went in without any problem as well.

I'm very pleased with this card box. I love that there is a mirror on the bottom. All sides are covered with a protective sheet and need to be peeled before using. It is very sturdy and easy to use. The lid simply slides off.
One item that is important to note, it comes with a lovely sticker to say cards. You place the sticker on the acrylic box where you want the word, rub to secure the letters and then carefully peel off the clear sticky part. Unfortunately, I did a little side thing and it grabbed the Box, forcing me to have the word diagonally. Please make sure you know how you want it to say cards! The minute you stick it, it's permanent!
I would recommend this. I think it is a quality piece. Perhaps a little overpriced.

Great product for any event. It came with the fairy lights and self adhesive "card" application in white. The flowers and embellishments I added separately. Overall the product is solid and a great find!
